A license update file will be provided by Migration Specialties via e-mail.  Each license update file is unique to the key for which it is generated and can be applied only once.  If multiple updates are generated for a key, they must be applied in the order they were generated.

The license update file name will have the following format:

Keynnn_Customor_yyyymmdd[-n].upd

•nnn – License key number.  This corresponds to the number on the USB dongle.  The license key number is also written to the emulator log file when an emulator is launched.

•Customer – The customer name.

•_yyyymmdd – Date update was generated.

•-n – Sequence number.  This component is optional and will only be supplied if multiple updates are being applied to a key in a single day.  This would be very unusual.
